The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (hereinafter referred to as “IRCO”) seeks proposals for a
Strategic Plan Consultant. Questions can be directed to info@irco.org and must be submitted by Friday, February 18th. No telephone questions will be answered. Responses to all submitted questions will be made available publicly via a Q&A addendum to this notice of request for proposals published on irco.org.
All responses to this RFP must be received no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, April 19th.
