Where New Beginnings Start
The New Beginnings Market is IRCO's no-cost, one-stop-shop for our clients looking to start over. The Market is proud to offer a wide variety of clothing items, furniture, kitchenware, decorative pieces, personal care supplies, and much more, free of charge to our clients. The New Beginnings Market is currently by APPOINTMENT ONLY for those receiving IRCO services and visiting with their case managers.

Please include your contact information in the “Note” section of the order or email email@example.com for a tax receipt. Amazon does not provide purchaser’s details. Office accepts packages from Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM.

Drop off hours:
Monday–Friday 9AM–4:30PM at 7911 NE 33rd Dr. Unit #290, Portland, OR 97211. Need a pick-up? We have limited capability, if needed. (There is a suggested donation of $50 to help cover the fuel costs for the truck.)
