Pricing & Amenities
IRCO’s community center is perfect for all types of private events! Our convenient location can accommodate groups as large as 250. Host your event, business retreat, athletic practice, large personal gathering, conference, banquet, graduation, reception, birthday party, bar/bat mitzvah, or cultural celebration in our 3,700+ square-foot gymnasium.
A fully-equipped commercial kitchen is available for use with your meeting, conference or event. Located alongside the gym with easy access for large gatherings, the kitchen includes stainless steel commercial appliances such as: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, multiple sink / washing stations, and generous counter prep space.
Please note: Sokhom Tauch Community Center is an alcohol and smoke-free facility. Please see Important Info below for other restrictions.
Gym (General Use)
$165 / Hour
- Reserve the entire facility for your event. (Kitchen not included.)
Gym (Athletics Use)
$65 / Hour
- Reserve just the gym for sporting events or practice.
Kitchen Fee
$200 / Day
- Reserve the kitchen, either as an add-on to your event, or à la carte.
Full Facility Day Rate
$ 2,180 $1,635 / Day
- Exclusive use of the entire community center for 12 hours. (25% savings)
Additional Discounts:
Youth Event or Class: 10% off total fee.
Non-Profit Organizations: 25% off total fee.

- 250-person capacity.
- All reservation requests and payments must be submitted through Facilitron.
- A $250 deposit is required to confirm your event.
- This will be credited to your total rental fees upon payment.
- Facilitron accepts all major credit cards, check and PayPal.
- Your event must be paid in full within (14) days of your event.
- Children are not allowed to be left unsupervised.
- No balloons, candles, or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises.
- Sokhom Tauch Community Center is closed on all IRCO holidays.
