Trinh Tran, President, immigrated to the United States as an unaccompanied minor, arriving in Portland in 1984. Mr. Tran is an attorney whose practice encompasses business transactions, economic development, and corporate finance in both the private and public sector. Prior to his legal career, he worked as a fundraiser and organizational development specialist. Mr. Tran earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland and his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago. He has served on the board of the Oregon Law Foundation and volunteered for Legal Aid Services of Oregon.
