Our application-based legal services include refugee/asylee adjustment of status, naturalization, VAWA, T, and U Visas. Our community clinics include refugee adjustment of status and citizenship. We offer removal defense and asylum applications through our partnership in Equity Corps.
Disability Legal Services
IRCO’s Disability Legal Services provides legal representation and support for SSI and SSDI applications for immigrants and refugees from initial applications through to appeals. We work closely with our clients, our clients’ support system, and medical professionals to provide complete and holistic representation of our clients’ needs to the Social Security Administration.
Services Against Exploitation
IRCO Services Against Exploitation (SAE) serves foreign-born, immigrant and refugee victims and survivors of all forms of human trafficking. SAE provides culturally- and linguistically-responsive case management, immigration legal assistance and community referrals to support participants on their journey to stability and self-empowerment.
