IRCO’s rental facility is perfect for all types of private events! Our convenient location can accommodate groups as large as 350. We host weddings, receptions, birthday parties, banquets, large personal gatherings, athletic activities and other social and community events in our 3,744 square-foot gymnasium.

A fully-equipped kitchen is available for use with your meeting, conference or event. Located alongside the gym with easy access for large gatherings, the kitchen is equipped with a regular size refrigerator/freezer, oven, sink and counter prep space.

Important Information
  • There are fees associated with community room reservations (see rental rates).
  • The renter is responsible for setting up and taking down any chairs and/or tables within the reserved time.
  • You can pay by cash, check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
  • Fees are due once your rental request is approved. Fees not received within two weeks of approval will result in cancelled reservations.
  • Security deposits will be mailed to the renter within 30 days after the rental, provided that the community room is left clean and there are no damages or losses.
  • IRCO retains the full security deposit if the event is cancelled less than 30 days in advance.
  • Children are not allowed to play with athletic equipment in the gym entrance or to be left unsupervised.
  • No balloons or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises.
  • 24-hour notice is required for ongoing event cancellations to avoid the full charge.
  • IRCO has the right to cancel ongoing events for one-time special events.
