IRCO is built by and largely comprised of refugees and immigrants at all levels of our organization. We are collectively driven by our mission.
We are a human services organization that advocates for families, refugees, immigrants and marginalized communities. At the core, we are fighting for poverty reduction, economic justice and social justice. This is a critical time to improve both the working conditions and the economic lives of the people we serve AND our own workers and the families they support. As a nonprofit, we are dedicated to improving and balancing working for the public good with employment opportunities that allow for improved self-sufficiency. Achieving IRCO’s mission starts at home with our staff.
We serve our clients better when we are united, not divided. With this in mind, we are focused on engaging in constructive dialogue focused on positive change.
