Many people read articles in 2019 about IRCO and unionizing. We want to be clear that IRCO is not anti-union. We support our employees’ right to organize and to select representation, if they so choose.

IRCO has a long and successful history of bringing together extraordinarily diverse staff who represent the communities we serve. We have always placed issues of equity front and center in external advocacy efforts. Our Board and leadership recognize that equal efforts are needed to ensure an equity lens is used throughout our internal work.
